Davon entfiel der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Anteil auf <a href=\"https:\/\/ekologistyka24.pl\/de\/tipps-fur-das-recycling-von-altpapier\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Abf\u00e4lle aus Papier und Pappe<\/a> - um 6,2 Millionen Tonnen (23,7%), bei Kunststoffen um 3,2 Millionen Tonnen (26,4%) und bei Holz um 2,0 Millionen Tonnen (19,8%). Erhebliche Zuw\u00e4chse waren auch zu verzeichnen <a href=\"https:\/\/ekologistyka24.pl\/de\/tipps-zur-altglassammlung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">f\u00fcr Glasabf\u00e4lle<\/a> (um 1,9 Millionen Tonnen, 13,9%). Dazu geh\u00f6ren auch Metallverpackungsabf\u00e4lle, die um 0,2 Millionen Tonnen (6,7%) zunahmen. Auch wenn ihr prozentualer Anteil gering erscheinen mag, ist es doch erw\u00e4hnenswert, dass Metallabf\u00e4lle zu den wertvollsten Sekund\u00e4rrohstoffen geh\u00f6ren, da sie einen hohen Wiederverwertungswert haben und immer wieder recycelt werden k\u00f6nnen, ohne ihre Eigenschaften zu verlieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im gleichen Zeitraum stieg die Menge der verwerteten Verpackungsabf\u00e4lle um 10,0 Millionen Tonnen (24%). Dieser Anstieg betraf alle wichtigen Fraktionen: Kunststoffe (+2,1 Millionen Tonnen, 52%), Papier und Pappe (+4,7 Millionen Tonnen, 22%), Glas (+2,3 Millionen Tonnen, 25%) und Holz (+0,4 Millionen Tonnen, 11%). Metallschrott ist Metallabfall, der bereits f\u00fcr das Recycling vorbereitet ist - er ist sortiert, von Farbe, Kunststoffen oder anderen Verunreinigungen befreit und oft gepresst oder geschreddert. Sie haben einen hohen Rohstoffwert und sind bereit zum Umschmelzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metallabf\u00e4lle hingegen sind eine viel umfassendere Kategorie. Er kann sowohl Metallschrott als auch kontaminierte Gegenst\u00e4nde umfassen, die mit anderen Materialien wie Kunststoff, Gummi und sogar gef\u00e4hrlichen Abf\u00e4llen vermischt sind. Ihre Aufbereitung f\u00fcr das Recycling ist sehr viel aufw\u00e4ndiger und teurer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fehler in der Nomenklatur f\u00fchren h\u00e4ufig zu einer falschen Einstufung des Abfalls, was dazu f\u00fchren kann, dass der Verwerter die Annahme verweigert oder ein Bu\u00dfgeld verh\u00e4ngt wird. Es ist daher ratsam, f\u00fcr die Einstufung stets einen Abfallwirtschaftsexperten zu Rate zu ziehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Getrennte Sammlungspflicht: Metallabf\u00e4lle vs. Geb\u00e4udetrennung<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In \u00dcbereinstimmung mit <a href=\"https:\/\/sip.lex.pl\/akty-prawne\/dzu-dziennik-ustaw\/odpady-17940659\/art-101-a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Artikel 101a des Abfallgesetzes<\/a> Ab dem 1. Januar 2025 m\u00fcssen Bauabf\u00e4lle in verschiedene Fraktionen getrennt werden: Holz, Glas, Kunststoffe, Gips, mineralische Abf\u00e4lle. Auch Metalle m\u00fcssen im Rahmen der Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit von anderen Fraktionen getrennt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies ist jedoch eine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung f\u00fcr die Bauunternehmer - es erfordert nicht nur eine genaue Kennzeichnung der Container und die Verwendung geeigneter Beh\u00e4lter, sondern auch die Schulung der Arbeiter. Metallabf\u00e4lle von Baustellen sind manchmal auch mit z. B. Gips, Beton oder D\u00e4mmstoffen verunreinigt, was ihre Wiederverwertung sehr schwierig macht. Oft ist es notwendig, sie zu reinigen oder an Verwerter weiterzuleiten, die auf die Behandlung schwieriger Fraktionen spezialisiert sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wie man Metallabf\u00e4lle recycelt - Verfahren und Dokumentation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jede an der Verbringung von Abf\u00e4llen zu einer Recyclinganlage beteiligte Stelle ist unter anderem f\u00fcr folgende Punkte verantwortlich<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Abfallerzeuger<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Abfallklassifizierung<\/strong> - Zuweisung des richtigen Abfallcodes aus dem Katalog (z. B. 17 04 05 f\u00fcr Eisenmetalle, 17 04 01 f\u00fcr Kupfer, Bronze und Messing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Abgerufen von<\/strong> - F\u00fchren von Aufzeichnungen in BDO, Ausstellen des Abfall\u00fcbernahmescheins (KPO) und Ausf\u00fcllen der Abfallinventarkarte (KEO).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wahl des f\u00f6rderf\u00e4higen Empf\u00e4ngers<\/strong> - \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung, ob der Empf\u00e4nger \u00fcber eine g\u00fcltige Behandlungs- oder Verwertungsgenehmigung f\u00fcr die betreffende Abfallfraktion verf\u00fcgt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00dcbereinstimmung des Abfallgewichts mit der Deklaration<\/strong> - Die Nichteinhaltung kann dazu f\u00fchren, dass der Abfall zur\u00fcckgewiesen wird und an den Verbringer zur\u00fcckgeschickt werden muss.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tr\u00e4ger<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ekologistyka24.pl\/de\/eintragung-von-bdo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Registrierung bei BDO<\/a> (Kapitel VII)<\/strong> - die f\u00fcr den legalen Transport von Abf\u00e4llen erforderlich sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vervollst\u00e4ndigung des Transportteils der KPO<\/strong> - Datum, Uhrzeit, Gewicht des Abfalls, Kennzeichen des Fahrzeugs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verwerter (Empf\u00e4nger)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verarbeitung\/Einziehungserm\u00e4chtigung<\/strong> - d.h. eine Entscheidung des Provinzialmarschalls oder des GIO\u015a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Empfangsbest\u00e4tigung bei BDO<\/strong> - Genehmigung der Abfall\u00fcbernahme und Ausf\u00fcllen der Dokumentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>F\u00fchrung von Abfallregistern<\/strong> - mit einer Aufschl\u00fcsselung der angenommenen und verarbeiteten Massen, der Arten der Verwertung usw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Erforderliche Dokumente f\u00fcr die Verbringung von Metallabf\u00e4llen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Abfalltransferschein (KPO)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obligatorisch f\u00fcr Gewichte \u00fcber 100 kg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie sollte folgende Angaben enthalten: Abfallcode, Gewicht, Angaben zu Bef\u00f6rderer und Empf\u00e4nger, Datum der \u00dcbergabe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ausgestellt im BDO-System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00fcllabfuhrvertrag (empfohlen)<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Es lohnt sich, mit einem Recycler oder Makler zusammenzuarbeiten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sie sollte den Umfang, die H\u00e4ufigkeit der Erhebung und die Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten der Parteien kl\u00e4ren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rechnung oder Dokument \u00fcber den Verkehr von Sekund\u00e4rrohstoffen<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Steuerliche und buchhalterische Aspekte m\u00fcssen beim Verkauf von Schrott (und nicht von Abfall) ber\u00fccksichtigt werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nachweis der einschl\u00e4gigen Qualifikationen<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jeder Teilnehmer an der Aktion
